Happy Mother's Day

Today we honor our mothers for their unwavering love and devotion toward us. We hold them dear because they are the vessels that carry and give birth to new life. God provided us with mothers so we would experience His guiding hand and nurturing touch in our life on earth.

A mother has the power to influence the way of her household. As she works with willing hands and watches over her home, she daily enriches the life of her family. Her words of wisdom and constant care build them up into a strong edifice. "Charm and grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not lasting], but a woman who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord, she shall be praised!" (Prov 31:30)
